Poseidon Recall Diving Wings
Poseidon are recalling their Besea W50 Diving Wings (also known as a BCD or stab jacket). The inner bladder inside the diving wing can break, causing the wing to fail as a buoyancy device. This poses a drowning hazard to divers.The recall involves the Poseidon inner bladders with batch number 5445 sold with the Poseidon Besea W50 wings. The inner bladder is located inside the outer cover of the wing. The batch number and “Poseidon” are molded on a tab located between the “legs” of the inner bladder.
Manufactured in Sweden, they were sold from September 2007 through June 2008.
If you have Poseidon wings that contain the recalled inner bladders then contact Poseidon for a free replacement.

Aqua Lung Recalls Scuba Regulators and Adaptors
Aqua Lung USA are recalling Titan DIN 1st Stage Scuba Regulators and Titan/Conshelf DIN Scuba Adaptors.
Over-tightening of the DIN retainer by a technician during installation can result in the retainer breaking under pressure, a rapid escape of air from the scuba cylinder, and the regulator detaching from the cylinder. This poses a drowning hazard to divers.
Aqua Lung asks all the owners of TITAN DIN regulators whose serial number is lower than 6062501 or TITAN/CONSHELF DIN adaptors that are marked 300 BAR MAX to return their regulator to their Aqua Lung authorized retailer for an upgrade.
All the TITAN DIN regulators whose serial number are above 6062501 and/or whose DIN handwheel retainer is marked 300 BAR MAXI are assembled with a stainless steel DIN handwheel retainer and are not affected by this recall.

Regulators Recalled
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission have recalled Oceanic and AERIS SCUBA Regulator First Stages. Divers should immediately stop using these items and take them to any authorised Oceanic or AERIS dealer for a free replacement part
An internal component that seals air between the high pressure first-stage and the intermediate pressure second-stage can fail. This can result in uncontrolled flow of air to the diver and pose a risk of serious injury or death.
The manufacturer, ROMI, has received two reports of units malfunctioning during diving and six reports of units malfunctioning while being tested by dealers prior to delivery to consumers. No injuries have been reported.
Regulators purchased from May 2006 to October 2007 are affected.
